Ethics channel
The cooperative society MondragonLingua ALECOP, S.Coop. (hereinafter “MLAKOOP”) makes its Ethics Channel available so that people connected with its activities can confidentially report any act or omission that may constitute a breach of the law, particularly criminal or administrative offences.
MLAKOOP maintains a corporate business ethics policy based on the principle of zero tolerance towards unlawful acts, regulatory breaches, or any form of corruption, abuse or discrimination.
Our Ethics Channel is managed by an external company in order to ensure that reports received are handled with the greatest possible confidentiality and objectivity.
Use of the Ethics Channel requires users to act in good faith. The information you provide through the Ethics Channel must be truthful and relate solely to an act or omission that may constitute a breach of the law or of corporate rules. The Ethics Channel may not be used for any other purposes.
The applicable regulations guarantee that no retaliation will be taken against persons who make proper use of the Ethics Channel, but they also provide for penalties where it is used in bad faith, for example to report false or incomplete information.

The operation of our Ethics Channel and Internal Reporting System will comply at all times with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, Law 2/2023 of 20 February regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption, and any other rules that supplement, develop or replace them.
